OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ALL DETERMINATIONS MADE BY SPONSOR ARE FINAL. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor. The OtterBox Find Ollie Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Otter Products, LLC d/b/a OtterBox, 209 S. Meldrum St., Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other United States territories) who are eighteen (18) years or older (or any older age that a state may require to participate in a sweepstakes) as of the date the Sweepstakes begins. Void where prohibited or restricted by law; certain states may impose additional eligibility requirements or restrictions. Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sponsor, its parent, related and affiliated entities, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. (“Disney”), advertising and promotional agencies, sweepstakes administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development or production of the Sweepstakes materials, (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Sweepstakes rules (the “Official Rules”). Entrants who do not comply with any provision the Official Rules are subject to disqualification by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

3. How to Enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have an Instagram account. If you do not have an Instagram account you may create one for free by visiting https://www.instagram.com or downloading the Instagram application on your mobile device. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the terms of use and privacy policy of Instagram. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy policy, you cannot create an account or participate in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor may not receive entries from Instagram users with profiles set to “private” (i.e., the account is set so that only people the entrant has approved can view his or her updates.) If entrant is using a mobile device to enter, charges, including message and data rates, may apply. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans.

The Sweepstakes begins on September 8, 2025 and ends at 5:59:59 PM Mountain Time (“MT”) on September 12, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, entrants will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by completing all of the following actions:

Follow Sponsor’s @otterbox profile on Instagram;
Like each of the six (6) “Find Ollie” @otterbox Instagram posts;
Tag a friend and comment where you found Ollie on each of the six (6) “Find Ollie” @otterbox Instagram posts.

All entries must be completed no later than 5:59:59 PM MT on September 12, 2025. Limit of one (1) entry per unique Instagram account and per person during the Promotion Period. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method, or entering more than the number of times permitted, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be deemed as tampering and will void all entries and result in disqualification. Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of transmission (for example, screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the Sweepstakes for any reason. All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by Sponsor.

4. Prize Details.

ONE GRAND PRIZE. One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of one (1), three (3) night vacation (“Vacation”) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest” and together with Grand Prize Winner, the “Group”) to Walt Disney World^® Resort near Orlando, Florida (the “Resort”) including:

One Visa^® gift card in the amount of One Thousand Dollars (USD $1,000.00) towards two (2) round trip airfares for the Group between the major gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport.
Room accommodations consisting of one (1) room (with a maximum of two (2) persons per room) for up to three (3) nights at a hotel at the Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion (based on availability).
One (1) Disney Gift Card in the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (USD $1,200.00) for the Winner.
Up to two (2) 2-Day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper^® Option.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (USD $4,500.00). The ARV for the Grand Prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may vary depending on a number of factors, including date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates. Therefore, the actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. The Grand Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Grand Prize that the Grand Prize Winner is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Vacation must be taken by May 14, 2026. If the Vacation is not completed by May 14, 2026, the Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and black-out dates may apply. All components of the Vacation must occur on consecutive nights. The Grand Prize Winner must provide Disney with three (3) possible travel dates with at least forty-five (45) days advance notice prior to the earliest potential date of departure; however, Disney’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. If the potential Grand Prize Winner is unavailable to travel during the designated timeframe for any reason, the Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected (time permitting) from among all remaining eligible entries in a random drawing.

All expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official Rules are not included and are solely the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to, roundtrip transportation between the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the Vacation. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled, or discontinued at any time and without prior notice.

Once hotel accommodations have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed, except by Disney. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes, and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations or delays. Any unused element of the Grand Prize will be forfeited.

Air transportation, ground transfers, and accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fees. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the Grand Prize Winner/Guest.

In the event the Grand Prize Winner or Guest engages in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s (or its affiliates’) property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Resort, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize Winner or their Guest home with no further compensation. The Grand Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims, or liabilities of any member of the Group.

The Guest (or if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a liability release, a confidentiality release, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any Guest is a minor, the Grand Prize Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian.

Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the Grand Prize). Certain restrictions, as determined by Disney, may apply.

Sponsor will attempt to accommodate the Grand Prize Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics of the itinerary will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If the Grand Prize Winner and Guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be chosen from among all eligible entries (time permitting). The hotel accommodations will be determined at the sole discretion of Disney. If any portion of the Grand Prize is not available for any reason, then Disney reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Grand Prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Disney also reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change the time period in which the Vacation must be taken.

Theme parks, attractions, and other offerings are subject to availability, closures, change, or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings, and ticket options are not guaranteed. Certain parks, hotels, restaurants, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Disney reserves the right to cancel, delay, or postpone any offering.

To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system (https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/) AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages three (3) and up. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A park reservation must be made for each day of entry. The Park Hopper® option allows guests to visit more than one park per day, with some restrictions. Learn more at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/park-hopper/.

Theme park tickets, vouchers, and gift cards are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged, and Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Tickets and gift cards are subject to terms and conditions thereon.

The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. The Vacation and Vacation components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth below, or refunded. Except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a Grand Prize of comparable or equal value may be provided. No further substitutions will be allowed. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

ONE SECOND PRIZE. One Second Prize (“Second Prize”) will be awarded. The Second Prize Winner will receive (1) OtterBox prize pack consisting of an assortment of OtterBox products or OtterBox gift card. The ARV of the Second Prize is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (USD $250.00). No more than one (1) Second Prize will be awarded. The Second Prize must be accepted in its entirety or not at all. The Second Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to ship various elements of the Second Prize to Second Prize Winner separately. The Second Prize will only be shipped to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

ONE THIRD PRIZE. One Third Prize (“Third Prize”) will be awarded. The Third Prize Winner will receive (1) OtterBox prize pack consisting of an assortment of OtterBox products. The ARV of the Third Prize is One Hundred Dollars (USD $100.00). No more than one (1) Third Prize will be awarded. The Third Prize must be accepted in its entirety or not at all. The Third Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to ship various elements of the Third Prize to Third Prize Winner separately. The Third Prize will only be shipped to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Total ARV of the Grand Prize, the Second Prize, and the Third Prize (collectively, the “Prize(s)”): $4,850.

THE WINNERS WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND/OR LOCAL TAXES, IF APPLICABLE, AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE RECEIVED or connected with claiming a Prize, and the reporting consequences. The Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the total fair market value of the Prize as applicable.

THE RELEASED PARTIES (AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED BELOW): (I) MAKE NO WARRANTY, GUARANTY, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE USE OF THE PRIZES (OR ANY PORTION); AND (II) DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY CONCERNING EACH PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. Winner Selection. Sponsor or its designee will conduct a random drawing on or about September 15, 2025 to select one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), one Sweepstakes Second Prize winner (“Second Prize Winner”), and one (1) Sweepstakes Third Prize winner (“Third Prize Winner”) (Grand Prize Winner, Second Prize Winner, and Third Prize Winner, collectively, “Winners”) from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. Winner Notification/Validation. The Sweepstakes Winners are subject to verification and confirmation by Sponsor. The potential Winners will be asked for an eligible email address via direct message on Instagram and must respond to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the message. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a potential Winner to receive Sponsor’s notification or for Sponsor to receive a potential Winner’s response. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. The return of any winner notification as undeliverable or failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize and Sponsor will select an alternate Winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Prior to being declared the Winner, the potential Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, a confidentiality release, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release and other related documents as may be required by Sponsor (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Forms”) within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A potential Winner is not a Winner unless and until the entrant’s eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has received the completed Prize Acceptance Forms. If the potential Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize for any reason, Sponsor will continue selecting potential Winners by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the Instagram account. For purposes of these Official Rules, “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account name by Instagram. An entrant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry to be confirmed a Winner

7. General Conditions of Participation. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including decisions regarding the interpretation and application of the Official Rules, made in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, which will be final, binding, and conclusive with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes and the awarding of prizes, and that he or she has complied with all applicable website and/or Released Platforms (as defined below) requirements and terms regarding the use of their services in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will have no obligation to correspond or communicate with anyone other than the entrants selected as potential Winners and the confirmed Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR PLATFORM RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Publicity and Entrant Information. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its designees the non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license and right to use entrant’s name, image, likeness, social media handle(s), the contents of his or entry, and any related comments, in any medium whatsoever, for the administration of the Sweepstakes or any promotional activity of Sponsor, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor will have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the contents of all entries for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have in their entry. Entrant acknowledges and agree that Sponsor may use personally identifiable information submitted by entrant in connection with Sweepstakes for the administration of the Sweepstakes and pursuant to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/privacy-policy.html.

9. Other Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to entrants, to amend or modify the Official Rules or modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes for any reason, including, without limitation, in the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupts, or threatens to corrupt, the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will conduct a random draw from among all eligible entries received as of the date of cancellation to select a Winner(s).

10. Release and Indemnity. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, to the maximum extent permitted by law, hereby agrees to forever and irrevocably release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, those working on its behalf, the Released Platforms (as defined below), the manufacturer or other source of the Prizes, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, representatives, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prizes made by the Winners, Guest, entrants, or any other third parties, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prizes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; (ii) an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; (iii) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind, to persons or properties which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of a Prize; (iv) technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or used in, the Sweepstakes; (v) any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the Sweepstakes announcement and details, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prizes. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (B) ANY AND ALL LOSSES WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, AND IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEY FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED ENTRANT’S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO YOU AND THE OFFICIAL RULES.

12. Not Endorsed by Media Platforms. Entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram (collectively, the “Released Platforms”). Entrant understands that he or she is providing information in connection with the Sweepstakes to Sponsor and not to the Released Platforms.

13. Choice of Law and Forum. All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. The Sweepstakes will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes must be instituted in the United States federal courts located in Colorado or the state courts located in Larimer County, Colorado, and each entrant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each entrant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of Colorado.

14. Severability. If any provision of the Official Rules, or the application of the Official Rules to any person, place, or circumstance, is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, or, if incapable of such enforcement, will be deemed to be deleted from the Official Rules, and the remainder of the Official Rules and such provisions as applied to other persons, places, and circumstances will remain in full force and effect.

15. Miscellaneous. Any heading, caption, or section title contained in the Official Rules is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision of the Official Rules. In the event of any conflict between any information provided on Sponsor’s websites, social media pages, or otherwise regarding the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules govern. The Official Rules, and any rights and licenses granted under the Official Rules, may not be transferred or assigned by entrant, but may be transferred or assigned by Sponsor without restriction. The licenses, rights, waivers, and releases granted by entrant in the Official Rules, and all warranties, indemnities, and other provisions of the Official Rules that may reasonably be interpreted or construed as surviving the expiration or termination of the Official Rules, will survive any expiration or termination of the Official Rules.

16. Winners List. The first name and last initial names of the Sweepstakes Winner may be obtained upon request by emailing socialmedia@otterproducts.com no later than forty-five (45) days following the end of the Sweepstakes.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
