OtterCares President Nancy Richardson was honored as the 2012 Women of Distinction "Outstanding Volunteer" by the Northern Colorado Business Report on Aug. 8. She was one of 11 women recognized during the awards program in Loveland, Colo. Honorees were selected from among more than 100 nominations for their exceptional dedication to business, community and family.
